I. Client Background
The Thai client is the purchasing manager of Eastern Spectrum Group Co., Ltd. They need to purchase greenhouses for growing cannabis. They originally grew it outdoors, but the yield was uneven due to the local climate, so they contacted us to purchase new, intelligent, 99% shading greenhouses. The client has a high social standing in the local community and is an influential company. They also have a client base that they have accumulated over many years.

III. Project Requirements and Challenges
Before the project started, we had several in-depth communications with the client and identified three core challenges:

1. Local climate issues: The local summer temperatures are too high and the humidity is too high, which affects the growth of cannabis. In addition, the frequent rainy season in Thailand makes it easy for water to accumulate. The existing greenhouses cannot meet the current needs and water will accumulate on the roof, greatly increasing the risk of crop flooding and affecting the quality of the final harvest.

2. Limited Production Budget for the Client:Because the client is a purchasing agent, the budget allocated by the head office is very limited. Choosing a multi-layered shade netting coverage method makes it difficult to control costs. The client wants to reduce costs and therefore requested the possibility of finding alternative products.

3. Increase output value. Traditional planting customers cannot accurately adjust and control humidity and temperature, which has caused significant losses in the past. Therefore, customers want to achieve intelligent control through smart automation.
IV. Our Solution
To meet our clients' needs, we offer an integrated solution encompassing "products + technology + services":

1. Customized Gutter Design: Based on our years of experience in greenhouse projects, we designed a gutter system suitable for the client's local rainy season, greatly increasing drainage capacity. This was mainly achieved by optimizing the structure of the gutter on the roof and sides. The designer made slight modifications to the original structure, which can better meet the client's local rainfall requirements.

2. Black and white film replaces shade netting. After team discussions, we selected a lower-cost black and white film to replace the customer's original shade netting. This retains the advantages of shade netting while significantly reducing the customer's investment costs. Customer feedback indicates that "it not only reduced upfront costs but also saved a lot of time and money for later replacements."

V. Service Process
Throughout the entire project, from initial contact to delivery, we consistently adhered to the service philosophy of "full-process support":

Phase 1: Initial Communication and Needs Assessment The first person we contacted was their purchasing manager. We confirmed the detailed requirements and received the first draft of the design drawings. From the start of the communication to the confirmation of the first draft, it took less than 5 days.

Phase 2: Final Design Confirmation The client raised concerns about the excessively high costs. We reduced costs by changing the covering material, and after the designer made further adjustments, the cost reduction was achieved.

Phase 3: Factory Production After the order is placed, we promptly go to the factory to provide feedback to the customer and label each component. The customer said, "You are one of the few suppliers I have encountered that is so efficient and provides such good service."

Phase 4: Detailed installation drawings and video installation instructions. After the materials arrived in Thailand, the client had a detailed video consultation with us, telling him that he could assemble the greenhouse by following the drawings we provided, just like "playing with building blocks." The client was very satisfied with our installation guidance service.

Phase 5: Post-Delivery Maintenance After delivery, we provide a detailed user manual, and our dedicated technical team is on standby 24 hours a day to help customers solve greenhouse problems.
